Description
Midnight looks pretty much like any other Darkchu with black fur, yellow markings, and medium blue eyes. She has several scars, however, and is blind in one eye. She is also half the size of most members of her species. She wears a yellow neckerchief around her neck.

Personality
Even at a very young age, Midnight was fairly serious. Due to her history, she is slow to trust, hard to get to know, and doesn't suffer fools gladly. She rarely speaks unless she feels the need to (such as explaining something, asking a question, etc.). She tends to avoid small talk altogether. Despite all this, she is close to her friends and will put her life on the line to protect them. Even though she enjoys solitude, she values teamwork highly. Her experiences during the Missingno attack has caused her to have an aversion to large birds and cold weather.

History
Midnight was born in a world ruled by the Destroyer God Missingno. This world was similar to how this world was during the paralyisis except time was not only frozen but unstable and space was also distorted.However there were pockets of the world that were protected by forcefields that gave some protection from Missingno's influence. Midnight's village was protected by one of these forcefields, complete with an artificial sun. Midnight was part of triplets and she was the runt. She hatched prematurely and the other two died soon soon after being born. Like most children in this world, Midngiht was taught to defend herself soon after hatching and was forced to grow up quicky. She often had to watch over her younger sister, Darkstar while her parents were busy. When she needed help, she turned to her friend, a Vulpix named Grace, who was a few years older than her. That is, until Grace decided to go with Rampage and reveal to Missingno, the secret of the forcefield that protected their village. For two long months, Midnight wondered about the fate of her friend, as well as what was going to happen to the rest of them. The answer to her questions came when, out of nowhere, Missingno came and started dissentigrating everything and everyone he could find. At one point, she was confronted by Hathogu (Missingno's pet), and the air around her tuned abnormally cold. Midnight ran from Hathogu without second thought. Missingno soon began to notice how resourceful the Darkchu was for her age and tried to recruit her, while disguised as an Aerodactyl. However she was not fooled and refused, heading for a nearby dimensional hole. However, while fleeing, she was hit by a beam from one of Missingno's minion spawn (cyan and purple squidlike creatures). This caused her to lose the memories of her family, friends, and home, while still retaining the sense of loss and the knowledge of how her world works. In addition to this, part of her soul was corrupted and became, in a sense, partially primal. She ended up in this world during the paralysis which she found to be quite pleasant considering her world. She then met a lonely Treecko named Vidar who had recently lost his family to a vicious Darkchu gang known as the Marauders. They decided to travel together. About a week later, a member of the Marauders attacked them. Together, they were able to drive him off but Midnight lost the use of her right eye in the fight. A few months later, time was restored and Midnight saw a real sun for the first time in her life. Midnight had become accustomed to darkness so her reaction was lukewarm. Even after a few years, she is still not used to the new colorful world.
