Description
Phillip is a normal Flygon, but he's shiny and has stripes and a mask marking over his eyes.

Personality
Phillip is generally quiet, calm, and understanding. He's very focused on the task at hand, and intelligent. He's a good listener when you have a problem. He does tend to be a little jumpy and timid, but if he has to fight, he will. He follows Felicity without question.

History
Phillip never knew his parents. They abandoned him on the edge of a small village. It was later that he met Felicity, and the two became very close. She eventually helped him become braver than he was then. When Felicity was chosen as Guildmaster, he didn't hesitate to go with her, even though it would be difficult.
