OPEN 10/3/Y1 Shade Forest Entrance

It's early morning, and the sun is shining. There's a few clods in the sky. A gray Jolteon with lighter tips and red eyes snorts. Humph... Stupid sun... I hate the sun! As being part primal, she was stronger the less light there was around her. She pointed her ears forward. The aggressive Jolteon glanced ahead. She narrowed her eyes. Since the Houndour's attack, Electra had been sticking closer than ever to her sister, Alei. Why? She didn't really know why. Was it love for her sister? For almost her whole life, all Electra had known was hate. Alienation. Feeling different and unwanted. But then, when he twin was hurt... She felt... Some strange emotion she didn't understand. A part of her wanted to forget it. She still shunned her sister's kindness. That never changed. But this feeling. It never went away. Even in their last hour together, when the sun started shining and their bodies began to glow and disappear, then, in that fragile moment, she felt even more close to her sister than ever. The Jolteon paused. She still didn't understand what had happened then. Time was moving now. It was very new to Electra and she hated it. All of it. Even after 5 years, it had remained the same. She shook her head. Whatever!

As they neared the entrance, Electra paused. Shade Forest, the entrance sign said. Half to herself, the Jolteon finally spoke. "Huh, fits it well, doesn't it?" Maybe she'd be happier in here. The forest was filled with dark pine trees. The thick forest let in little to no light. But she could hear howls within the forest. Houndour? Houndoom? She hopes not, for Alei's sake. Maybe, instead, Mightyena or Poochyena. This is where Alei's map fragment pointed to. After time was somehow restored, the two Eeveelution twins had turned towards what their parents might have wanted. It had led them here, to this valley. They went to Alei's spot first. What would happen here? Only time would tell. They didn't know, more Pokemon might be finding their way to meet them here. Electra waited for Alei to be ready to go inside. In the meantime, she groomed her prickly fur. Primal she may be, but Electra liked to keep clean still.

A similar colored Leafeon walked near the Jolteon, her deep sapphire colored eyes scanning the area. As a Grass type, the sunshine should of felt like paradise to her. But much like her sister, she even found the sunshine to be a bit uncomfortable. She was so used to using darkness as a source of energy. She had tried to use the sunshine for that, but it instead caused her pain. So she couldn't use sunshine for energy like normal Leafeon. So she used moonlight instead. During her time when a Houndoom had attacked her, she had assumed that was it. Her stomach had hurt so badly from the injury. She remembered faintly hearing Electra, but she was too deep into unconsciousness to really respond. But she even felt her twin's paw on her back and it actually, brought her some comfort. She didn't stay awake much during that time, but she would hear Electra growling time to time. She wondered why?

However, getting used to this new era was a challenge. Time was moving... And now it would be daytime then nighttime. It was so confusing... She spotted the forest she would soon be able to call her new home. And the dark area felt more natural to her already. When she heard the howls herself, she tensed instantly. Those better not be Houndoom... She shook her head, hoping they were Mighyena or some other Pokemon. As long as it was not any Houndoom. She gritted her teeth a bit, trying to ignore the fear. Once she managed to control it, she slowly went toward her twin, hoping this forest would become a suitable home for herself and hopefully her sister would find a place nearby.

Electra gazed at her sister, wanting to offer comfort but somehow couldn't get herself to do it. The Jolteon walked over to her. "Your map points here. I think there's something here for you... Let's go on in... The sooner we go in there the better." In all honestly, Electra hated it out here. It was breezy, but still sunny. She even preferred thunderstorms to this, as she had found out a few days ago. With a final glance at her sister, the Jolteon slipped into the trees of the dungeon. What would they find in here? No one knows... Except, of course, the spirits of their parents, should they be watching their children.
